NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

Notice is hereby given that on the 25th day of June A.D. 2025, pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the CIRCUIT Court in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida Case No. 05-10760 in cause of SUNNY PURDY BRUNO AND JOSEPH BRUNO, versus MICHELLE YOON AKA MI HYUN & TAE D TOON, REGINALD T JOYNER, SARAH A JOYNER, AND ELIZABETH A CATALDO, defendant, I, Walt McNeil, Sheriff of Leon County, Florida have levied upon the property of the defendant, MICHELLE YOON AKA MI HYUN, defendant, to wit:

The real property and all buildings and improvements thereon described as follows:

Lot 7, Block A, TAPLEY TRAIL, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 25, Pages 12 through 14, of the Public Records of Leon County

1221 Tapley Trail, Tallahassee, FL 32311

On the 7th day of August, A.D., 2025 at eleven o’clock in the forenoon or as soon as possible thereafter in the Courtyard of the Leon County Sheriff’s Office, 313 S. Calhoun Street. I will offer for sale the defendants interest in said vehicle and property and all buildings and improvements thereon at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to all prior liens, judgments and encumbrances, if any, to the highest bidder for cash in hand, to satisfy said Execution. No bids will be accepted from Leon County Sheriff’s Office employees or their relatives
